My lovely friend Vicki chauffeured Joelle and I to Cottesloe beach where we spent a lovely day admiring some awesome, and some not so awesome sculptures.
My favourite was an incredible glass sculpture by a Japanese artist, Vicki loved the 'red man' and I think the girls highlight was rolling in the sand, some of which now inhabits my daughter's bed!
The only downside was the huge tsunami like wave that stole my sunnies.
Okay slight exaggeration, it was more of a king wave...
Great photos! Looks like they had some cool sculptures this year. I love the little paper boats - looks like that's going to be my next origami project!
