The Hong Kong Heritage Museum has an excellent (temporary) Pixar exhibit... we couldn't take any photos inside the exhibit so you'll have to trust me that it was great :)

Hong Kong !!!
Well you've just got to love holidays where there is no house cleaning no cooking, endless shopping and amazing scenery!
